Refund Policy
As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. However, please note the following terms and conditions:
Returns Process: Our money-back guarantee is contingent upon the return of the product to us. Refunds cannot be issued until the return process is complete.
Refund Timing: We understand the urgency of refund requests, especially in cases where customers are awaiting their orders. However, refunds will only be processed once the return process is finalized. Please note that in the event of processing or shipping delays beyond our control, refund processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Exceptions: Refunds may be delayed if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the transaction. In such cases, additional verification may be required before a refund is processed.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Prior to you returning your item, we will require you to contact us via the contact page with the subject line “Refund” - you can visit this page through our website by clicking on the “Contact” link in the header.
We may decide for you to keep your product and issue the refund at the same time. Or in some cases, we may decide to receive the product first, then issue a refund. This is at our discretion, and we will not pay for shipping of returned products.
If we decide to return the product to ourselves for the refund to occur, we will require the product to arrive at our location first.
If you’d like to return the product in exchange for a new one, we can arrange that too - but at our discretion, as we may decide just to issue the refund instead or give you new store credits on top of the refund to get the replacement.
Refunds are not applicable to the below terms and conditions:
- You have received your order and have changed your mind
- The order or specific products were placed by mistake and you let us know after the 14 days
- You found the product cheaper elsewhere
- Misused the product in any way that caused the damage or against our advice
- Decided you no longer had use for it
- Knew or were made aware of the faults before purchasing the product Please use our products with care, as they are delicate. If any products come into contact with any substances or liquids that cause damage to the product, that is no fault of our own, and you will not be eligible for a return.
- We do not offer refunds for pet products damaged by pets, understanding that what suits one pet may not suit another, regardless of the duration of use.

Refunds Due to Wrong Address or Delivery Failure
If there has been a wrong address provided or a delivery failure, resulting in a non-delivery or a return of the product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or reshipment, depending on the circumstances. However, if the wrong address or delivery failure is due to inaccurate information provided by you, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refund Policy During Order Processing
We understand your eagerness to receive your order promptly, and while we endeavor to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in processing and shipping. Once an order is placed and processing begins, our system initiates the fulfillment process immediately. Regrettably, during this period, we are unable to process refunds. Rest assured, our team works diligently to fulfill orders in a timely manner, and once your order has been processed and shipped, it will be subject to our standard refund policy.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds can take up to 4 full business days to be found in your bank account, for some customers, this may be more, for others, less.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form. It is our intention to help you; usually, you can solve things in a timely manner with your bank, but of course, if they are no help, please reach out to us again.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, all returns by customers must be sent via a postal service. If we decide to collect the product we can deduct this from the refund amount or refund you in full once we receive the product, that is, if we decide to get it returned to us in exchange for the refund - some situations grant you, the customer, to keep the product and receive a refund at the same time.
